研究方向

实验室从分子、细胞及机体整体水平上,围绕调控T淋巴细胞发育、分化及功能的分子机制方面展开科研工作,主要包括:

1)解析αβT γδTNKT细胞在胸腺内的早期发育及在外周长期维持的分子机制,阐明各种T细胞亚群如何维持机体完整的免疫系统;

2)探讨调控效应性与记忆性T细胞分化、维持的分子机制及其在抗感染、肿瘤等疾病中的应用;

3)研究调控效应性T细胞和调节性T细胞参与自身免疫性疾病发生的机制,寻找治疗自身免疫性疾病的靶点。
