主要从事天然药物化学的研究与开发。主要是从中草药、药用植物、微生物等天然药物资源中寻找结构新颖、活性显著的天然产物,并以此为先导化合物,通过化学结构改造和优化等方法从中发现高效低毒的前药分子。
