张明真

个人简介:

张明真,西安交通大学基础医学院特聘研究员/博士生导师,西安交通大学一附院特聘教授,医学工程研究所副所长,目前主要从事组织器官损伤修复及干预策略研究。在包括Nat Commun, J Am Chem Soc, Bioactive Materials, Nano Today, Mol Ther, Anal Chem等权威刊物上发表论文80余篇,入选ESI高被引论文10篇,论文引用4700余次,H指数34,申请发明专利10项;主持/参与国家自然科学基金、美国CCFA基金会基金、科技部重点研发计划、企业横向等项目10余项;担任Frontiers in Drug Delivery,现代生物技术研究副主编;Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IF: 10.2), Chinese Chemical Letters (IF: 9.1), Exploration, Pharmaceutical Science Advances, Journal of Analysis and Testing, Nano TransMed, Interdisciplinary Medicine等杂志青年编委;Nature Nanotechnology, Med, Advanced Materials, ACS nano等多个杂志评审专家;中国医学装备协会组织再生分会常务委员,中国抗癌协会肠病专业委员会委员,中国研究型医院学会细胞外囊泡研究与应用专业委员会(CSEV)委员,中国民族医药学会远程教育分会常务理事,陕西省抗癌协会整合肿瘤免疫治疗分会常委。

研究领域及方向:

以组织器官损伤修复(肠道、肝、肾、大脑等)为主要目标,在炎症、缺血、纤维化等不同病理状态下,探究组织器官损伤修复的有序调控与干预策略,主要包括:

1. 损伤修复障碍的病理基础及分子机制研究;

2. 中草药衍生囊泡及其应用;

3. 中草药衍生碳基纳米酶及其应用;

4. 中草药活性分子的靶向递送。
