2021年1月于中国科学院大学获得博士学位,丹麦奥胡斯大学博士联合培养。博士毕业后继续在丹麦奥胡斯大学生物医学系从事博士后研究。2024年2月加入西安交通大学第一附属医院,

研究领域(方向)

课题组从事单细胞组学大数据解析肿瘤免疫微环境,移植免疫,泛血管疾病等;单细胞组学技术开发;并开展肿瘤免疫靶点发现与新型治疗技术开发,具有丰富的基础研究和临床转化研究经验。主要研究方向:

(1)单细胞组学大数据分析,肿瘤免疫,移植免疫,泛血管疾病

(2)单细胞组学实验技术开发

(3)肿瘤免疫靶点发现,新型免疫治疗技术开发

科研成果:

发表一作/通讯(含共同)论文多篇,包括Nature Genetics(接收),Nature Communications,Cellular&Molecular Immunology,Communicatons bilogy,Clinical and Translational Medicine等杂志。在肿瘤免疫治疗,基因与细胞治疗领域申请国内外专利20余项,已授权8项;开发肿瘤免疫治疗技术多项,部分产品已实现临床转化。
