学习与研究经历

2004年9月-2009年1月:博士,移植免疫学,中科院动物所;

2009年2月-2014年1月:博士后,免疫学,美国杜克大学;

2014年2月-2015年8月:Research Associate Senior,免疫学,美国杜克大学;

2015年9月-2016年9月:Research Scientist,免疫学,美国杜克大学;

2016年9月-至今:教授、博导,西安交通大学。

主要业绩

已在Immunity、JCI、Sci Adv(2篇)、PNAS、CMI、J Immunother Cancer、STTT、J Adv Res、Elife、Plos Genetics、J Immunol等杂志发表SCI论文70余篇,共被引用2600余次;主编人卫、科学出版社等教材8部,主持国家级等6项教改项目,荣获省级教学成果奖1项,发表7篇教学论文。

在研基金项目

主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金委国际(地区)合作与交流重点项目、重大研究计划、面上项目、陕西省创新能力支撑计划、陕西省重点研发计划等项目。

研究方向

研究免疫细胞谱系起源、发育分化及功能调控的分子机制,筛选并研发肿瘤、自身免疫病、免疫缺陷等疾病的免疫治疗靶点、药物和策略,具体包括:

1)免疫细胞发育及免疫重建的调控机制;

2)免疫细胞分化及抗肿瘤的分子机制;

3)自身免疫病的发生机制及治疗靶点;

4)多组学解析免疫力和疾病早期诊断与免疫治疗。

主要业绩

已在Immunity、JCI、Sci Adv、PNAS、CMI、J Immunother Cancer、STTT、J Adv Res、Elife、Plos Genetics、J Immunol等杂志发表SCI论文60余篇,共被引用1800余次;主编人卫、科学出版社等教材8部,主持国家级等6项教改项目,荣获省级教学成果奖1项,发表7篇教学论文。
