个人及工作简历

赵晓,男,西安交通大学医学部教授/博士生导师,2006-2011年中山大学生命科学学院遗传学专业获博士学位,2011-2014年任山东农业大学讲师,2014-2015年在堪萨斯大学医学院任博士后、2015-2022年在Texas A&M University医学院从事博士后研究,2022年8月入职西安交通大学医学部第一附属医院,获西安交通大学“青年拔尖人才支持计划”A类的支持,聘为教授。本课题组主要研究方向为器官交流互作(Inter-organ communication)调控免疫代谢稳态(Immune-metabolic homeostasis)的时空交互机理,拟从组织器官间互作网络的维度系统性探索机体衰老及肥胖、糖尿病、炎症等慢性免疫代谢疾病的发病机理,为相关疾病的预防和治疗研究提供理论基础。

目前已发表SCI论文25篇,总计他引近1000次,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文10篇,总计影响因子73.75,单篇最高引用142次,h指数为12。近年来,以第一作者在领域内顶级期刊发表论文多篇,例如Cell Metabolism(2021),Current Biology(2017),Aging Cell(2020),Current Opinion In Insect Science(2020),BMC Genomics(2015)等,相关研究引起了国内外学者的广泛关注和认可,其中Cell Metabolism杂志邀请著名学者Irene Miguel-Aliaga教授为Cell Metabolism(2021)文章被撰写专题评论文章,另外Cell Metabolism(2021)和Current Biology(2017)的文章获得Faculty Opinions(F1000Prime)推荐。
