（1）肿瘤分子生物学，尤其是泌尿系肿瘤的侵袭转移分子机制，（2）泌尿系肿瘤药物作用机制及肿瘤耐药分子机制。
个人及工作简历
2003年从复旦大学上海医学院获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2004—2010年赴美国埃默里(Emory)大学医学院先后担任博士后、讲师（Instructor）。2010年回国担任西安交通大学教授、西安交通大学光华特聘教授。任美国癌症研究学会(AACR)会员、美国泌尿外科基础研究学会(SBUR)会员、《现代泌尿外科杂志》编委等。担任Molecular Cancer、International Journal of Cancer、Journal of Cellular Biochemistry等十余种英文期刊特约审稿专家。

1） 国家自然科学基金面上项目，81672557，KLF5表达下调导致Beclin-1表达增加和细胞自噬增强—前列腺癌抗药新机制，2017/01—2020/12，57万元，已完成，主持。
2） 国家自然科学基金面上项目，82172797，降低肿瘤细胞铁死亡抵抗新策略—靶向BRD4抑制抗氧化酶FSP1增强子转录激活，2022/01—2025/12，53万元，在研，主持。
