个人及工作简历：
西安医科大学医学学士，泰国清迈大学护理学硕士，西安交通大学流行病与卫生统计学博士，德国德累斯顿工业大学高级访问学者。现任西安交通大学护理学系副教授，硕士生导师。
1995年任教至今。发表专著论文40余篇，其中作为第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇；参编人民卫生出版社研究生教材《护理学研究方法》、本科生教材《护理研究》《内科护理学》等20余部。担任《医学教育研究与实践》编委，《护理学报》审稿人。
