1989年7月至今 于西安交通大学第一附属医院药学部从事临床药学及医院药事管理工作

1997年6-9月 于北京大学医学部临床药理研究所进修临床药理

2005年6-7月 卫生部公派参加新加坡《医院药事管理研讨班》

2009年9月-2010年8月 参加清华大学国际创新管理(医院药事管理)研究生课程进修班(第五期)

2011年-2012年 赴新加坡国立大学药学院作访问学者

2000年1月-2004年6月 任西安交通大学第一附属医院药剂科副主任

2004年6月-2015年2月 任西安交通大学第一附属医院药学部主任
